How to Custom Your Phone Case:

Q: How many photos can I upload for customization?

A: You can upload up to 1 photos, with each photo no larger than 10MB.


Q: Which phone models are supported?

A: We support most iPhone and major Android models. Please note your phone model when placing the order.


Q: How long does it take to make and ship the custom case?

A: It usually takes 3–5 business days to produce and ship your custom phone case.

Q: Can I upload a photo without choosing a style?

A: Yes, but we recommend selecting a preferred style to ensure the best customization result.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: If production hasn’t started yet, you may contact us to cancel or change your order. Once production begins, changes are not possible.

How long does the delivery take?

A: We could ship worldwide. Receiving Time=Processing time + Shipping time
It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order.
And the shipping time is 5-7 workdays for express shipping and a few more days for standard shipping.

How much will I pay for the delivery?

A: Free shipping on orders over $25,for orders less than $25, we will charge a freight according to your country.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

A: In general, there are only a small number of countries that need to clear customs. If your order need to be cleared, and you need to make a payment , please contact with us directly first. We will do our best to solve the matter for you. Please do not worry about it.

Which payment method does Buykud accept?

A: We only accept paypal account or credit or debit card via paypal now. So sorry for causing you such inconvenience.

What happens if my order is late?

Most orders arrive on time, but orders can sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for the late delivery:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment, building, floor or unit number

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Other carrier-related delays

If you don't receive your order in the estimated time frame, we recommend that you:

  • Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.

  • Confirm the correct shipping address in your order details.

  • Check the status of your order on the order details page by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.

  • Check the status of your package with the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you confirmed your shipping address and the order status and you still haven't received your order after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team at service@wildjudy.com.
